Giving back

Airlie is committed to spearheading and participating in community outreach activities that improve our little corner of the world right now—and for generations to come.

In our role as dedicated protector of the land, Airlie hosts guest lecturers and special events on environmental stewardship, sustainable design and green business initiatives. We’re also proud to invite local schools and the general public onto our property for educational programs centered on food systems and organic agriculture.

With talent, time and donations, our team supports several non-profit organizations, including the Special Olympics, Fauquier Family Shelter and Fauquier SPCA. Plus, we offer employment to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board.

Rooted in progress

Here at Airlie, we firmly believe that everyone should be able to share in the abundance this land has to offer. That’s why we donate several tons of fresh produce to the Fauquier Food Bank every year to help our friends and neighbors.

Everyone belongs at Airlie. Guests, staff and neighbors are embraced in our spirit of connection and community.
