Our culinary team takes great pride in the cuisine served in Airlie Room, where large group dining gets rave reviews. It all begins with fresh cuts of beef and pork from livestock raised in our own pastures complemented by vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our production farm and organic garden. Other ingredients that go into these innovative dishes are sourced locally from a network of more than 35 hand-selected farms. With new options at every meal, you’ll never be served the same menu twice during your stay.
Of course Airlie Room is just as much a feast for your eyes. Expansive picture windows look out upon views of Airlie House’s pristine formal gardens and tranquil Lake Stanley.

Breakfast: 7:30 – 9:30am weekdays; 7:30 – 10am weekends
Lunch: Noon – 2pm daily
Dinner: 6 – 8pm daily

The food is sooooo good, you’ll end up gaining weight because you want to try every choice. This feeling was echoed by my colleagues as well, we were never hungry.
