Airlie Berkshire Farm
Cultivating Community
Rooted in the vision of Harry C. Groome, Airlie Berkshire Farm is our commitment to reviving the land to its agricultural heritage. Across a stretch of 20 acres, we take pride in harvesting a staggering 20,000 pounds of produce annually.
This farm-fresh bounty not only finds its way into Airlie kitchens, giving life to our hyperlocal cuisine, but also fortifies local food initiatives. We take immense joy in sharing our harvests with the community, having donated thousands of pounds to local food banks in recent years.
Our CSA Program
The Berkshire Farm Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program strengthens communities, promotes sustainable agriculture, and delights in the freshest, seasonal produce that our farm has to offer. We're deeply grateful for the incredible support, which not only enhances sustainable farming practices but also fosters a healthier community. Sign up now for our next CSA season!

Pasture-to-Plate Meats
Seventy-five acres of the farm are dedicated to raising Berkshire pigs and Angus cattle, producing 12,000 pounds of beef and pork annually for resort guests and Harry's diners. We’ve chosen pasture over purveyor, and are proud that the distance between pasture and plate is mere steps.
