Since 1961, Airlie has hosted every type of meeting, conference, and retreat — including some for the actual history books. With expansive indoor and outdoor spaces and the amenities your guests require, the perfect venue for your gathering is here at Airlie.

Federal Room

Airlie House's largest meeting room offers 2,557 square feet of unobstructed space, abundant natural light, and sweeping views of Lake Stanley and gardens. Airlie Room, a rooftop terrace, a refreshment break area, and two breakout rooms are all adjacent.

Jefferson Room

Elegant and airy, this 1,260-square-foot space in Airlie House features large pocket windows and an octagonal tray ceiling with a chandelier. The room adjoins the rooftop terrace, and two breakout rooms and a refreshment area are nearby.

Rooftop Terrace

Secluded and private, you’ll feel you’re among the treetops at Airlie House, with a bird's-eye view of Lake Stanley and the sweeping Virginia landscape beyond.

Top Golf Swing Suite

Harry's is home to its own Topgolf Swing Suite, an elevated dining and entertainment experience featuring a vast screen showcasing diverse multi-sport games, cozy lounge areas, and Harry's vibrant ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to host a party or get-together for your meeting, event, or wedding.

West Room

At 317 square feet, West Room serves as an ideal board room, breakout space, administrative office, or conference registration room.

East Room

Set within Airlie House, this 1,344-square-foot room features abundant natural light, an expansive view of Lake Stanley, a private balcony, and dedicated restrooms.

Harrry's

Where elevated comfort food is served, integrating farm-to-table ingredients. By sourcing ingredients locally and seasonally, the restaurant ensures freshness. Harry's dishes demonstrate this dedication to excellence, encouraging diners to taste the essence of comfort food with a pleasant farm-fresh touch. Perfect for after wedding brunches, corporate meals, or gathering after an event. 

Audubon

This 891-square-foot building features exposed beams, slate flooring, a stone fireplace, private deck, dedicated bathrooms, and abundant natural light. It is situated next to the Tack Room and Old Post Room for a village-like setting.

North Room

At 235 square feet, North Room serves as a curated board room, breakout space, administrative office, or conference registration room.

The Market

A re-imagined industrial garage, the Market has an inspiring lakeside location and expansive outdoor deck for ease of indoor-outdoor flow.

Foxes’ Den

At 294 square feet, Foxes’ Den is a backdrop for the most tailored meetings and board gatherings, or for breakout space, an administrative office, or conference registration room.

Tack Room

This 819-square-foot space showcases a stately fireplace, abundant natural light and an expansive deck overlooking Lake Stanley.

Pavilion

The LEED-certified Pavilion offers a secluded location for a high level of privacy, along with 2,800 square feet of octagonal indoor space and a 360-degree covered veranda for panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The Heritage

Located in the Airlie Berkshire Farm and Reserve area, this two-story building, is ideal for a wide range of gatherings. Both levels feature a fireplace, and a large deck offers additional outdoor space with sweeping views of Berkshire Lake.

The Smokehouse

Cozy and filled with character, this charming space is spread across two rooms and two levels, with a built-in bar, fireplace, soft seating, and wood paneling.

Lakeside Tent

This permanent, 2,000-square-foot event tent is located behind the Smokehouse, offering plenty of grassy outdoor space. Adjacent to Swan Lake, it’s perfect for a fire pit and lawn games. An adjoining Grill House makes BBQs and cookouts a breeze.

The Reserve

Situated in the tranquil Airlie Berkshire Farm and Reserve area and overlooking Berkshire Lake, this multi-function space accommodates a variety of group needs.

Garden Room

With its wall of windows overlooking Airlie's stunning formal gardens, this inspiring and intimate space brings the outdoors in for groups of up to 30.
